Instagram giveaway terms and conditions

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is MITOcare GmbH

2. Subject of the competition

As part of the prize draw, a total of 10 x 2 tickets for the one-day seminar "Diagnostics in Functional Medicine" will be given away. The prize is worth €358 per winner (equivalent to two tickets). The prize includes only participation in the seminar; travel, accommodation, or other costs are not included.

3. Eligibility

Only qualified professionals, in particular physicians, alternative practitioners, or comparable medical professionals, residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and all persons involved in the execution of the competition are not eligible to participate.

4. Participation period

The competition starts on {follows} and ends on {follows} at {follows} o'clock.

5. Participation in the prize draw

Participation is via the Instagram platform. To enter, you must like the competition post, follow the MITOcare Instagram account, and tag a person with whom you would like to attend the day seminar. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning.

6. Determining and notifying the winner

The winners will be drawn at random after the closing date for entries. They will be notified via direct message on Instagram. If there is no response within 48 hours of notification, the organizer reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Profit Settlement

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The claim to the prize is forfeited if the redemption requirements are not met or if no response is received within the specified timeframe.

8. Data protection

The personal data collected as part of this competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted after its conclusion, unless there are legal retention obligations. The organizer's data protection regulations apply.

10. Early Termination and Amendments

The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt, or prematurely terminate the competition at any time for important reasons, provided this is necessary for legal or organizational reasons.

11. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
