Our MITOcare add·on Bio Iodine is derived from kelp algae, which is naturally rich in iodine. In the body, iodine is largely found in the thyroid gland, where thyroid hormones are produced. Accordingly, sufficient iodine intake supports the healthy function of the thyroid gland and the production of thyroid hormones¹ . The latter influence, among other things, the basal metabolic rate, whereby iodine also contributes to normal energy metabolism². In addition, iodine contributes to a healthy nervous system³ and cognitive function⁴. The skin also benefits from iodine⁵ . The kelp algae is supplemented by the traditional mushroom Agaricus Blazei Murrill. When should I consult my doctor before taking it?

Ciertos grupos de riesgo sólo deben tomar suplementos de Vitamina A, Vitamina D3, Vitamina K2, Cromo y Yodo tras consultar con un médico.
