Our organic extra virgin olive oil comes from the Calabria region in southern Italy, where the olives are grown under controlled organic conditions without the use of synthetic chemical pesticides or artificial fertilizers. The olives are carefully harvested and gently cold-pressed in modern oil mills within a few hours of harvest – at temperatures below 27°C.
