ORTHObone* is an innovative collagen and bone complex for building up and maintaining bones, cartilage and teeth1,2,3. Vitamin D3 additionally helps with the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, which are essential components of our bone structure. A particular feature is the use of natural eggshell membrane OVOMET® and the well-known combination of chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine sulphate. Due to the special composition of nutrients, ORTHObone* supports the formation and maintenance of connective tissue as well as of skin, gums and blood vessels3,4. Vitamin K2 (MK7-all-trans) and natural calcium from the sango marine coral additionally contribute to healthy and intact blood clottig6 while the bioactive form of vitamin B6 promotes blood formation7. This unique formula is rounded off with the elements boron, silicon from bamboo extract and the MITOcare BIC* components – a special yoghurt powder obtained by milk fermentation with 11 different lactobacteria and bifidobacteria strains. Added zinc contributes to healthy cell division and cell renewal, supporting not only health aspects but also the maintenance of beautiful skin, hair and nails8.

Which complex product from the category
"Bones, Muscles & Connective Tissue" is right for me?

Why are bones, muscles & connective tissue so important?

The cellular matrix of bones, muscles & connective tissue forms the structural framework of our body and is crucial for stability, flexibility, and resilience. In bones, a mineralized matrix of collagen and hydroxyapatite provides hardness and strength, while in muscles & connective tissue, elastic and collagen fibers ensure mobility & tensile strength. A functioning musculoskeletal system is important for people both today and with a view to longevity in the future – this is the topic we address in this category.

The goal of our formulations is to specifically provide the body with micronutrients. Our formulations combine two levels: scientifically tested micronutrients with approved health claims, and additionally selected substances – including traditional botanicals as well as substances like collagen or hyaluronic acid, which are part of natural bodily processes.

All three products – also known as the "ORTHO Series" – target different areas of the same musculoskeletal system. Here you can find which one suits your goal:

When should I consult my doctor before taking it?
