The spectrum of effects of vitamins in the body is broad and not limited to the immune system, energy metabolism, and connective tissue such as muscles, bones, blood vessels, skin, hair, etc. Some vitamins have antioxidant effects, while others contribute to healthy vision, heart function, blood formation, mental performance, and cell specialization. Vitamins are vital and essential; therefore, they cannot be produced by the body itself and must be supplied through food.

MITOcare's Vitamine Total product combines all water- and fat-soluble vitamins in a single formula. Highlights include three different bioactive B12 compounds (methylcobalamin, hydroxycobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin), bioactive riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin A, folic acid as methylfolate, and vitamins C, D, and E from purely natural sources. The popular vitamin K2 as MK7 all-trans is also included. This high-quality vitamin complex is further supplemented with OPC from grape seed extract and phosphatidylserine from lecithin and choline.
