Zinzino ZinoBiotic+ is a specially developed blend of 8 natural fibers. These fibers are metabolized in the colon, where they support the growth of healthy bacteria. ZinoBiotic+ contributes to reducing the rise in blood sugar levels after eating 2 and maintaining healthy cholesterol levels 3 . The fiber supports many healthy bowel functions.

Fiber
Other fiber products on the market generally contain only one or two types of fiber—a strategy that is insufficient for your daily fiber needs. ZinoBiotic+ contains significant amounts of eight types of fiber. This approach ensures benefits for the entire colon. Resistant starch, inulin, beta-glucans from oats, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), and psyllium husk are fermented in the colon and support various intestinal functions. As proposed by the EFSA and approved by the EU, replacing digestible starch with resistant starch in a meal may help reduce the rise in blood sugar levels after eating. 2
intestinal health
The fiber in ZinoBiotic+ stimulates the growth of good bacteria throughout the colon. There are more than 100 trillion bacteria in the human gut, and while some are beneficial to our health, others are less desirable. The good bacteria use fiber as their fuel, allowing them to outnumber and crowd out the less desirable bacteria. The good bacteria contribute to many important bodily functions, such as boosting our immune system. They are also linked to improved mood, increased stamina, and overall health. A healthy gut is essential for a healthy body.
Fiber also contributes to a feeling of fullness in the stomach (which can help control appetite) while reducing bloating. There may be a brief period of adjustment as the fiber begins to improve the bacterial population, but this is a small and temporary step toward better health.
Normal cholesterol levels
Beta-glucans, one of the eight dietary fibers found in oats, play a role in maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. 3
Gluten-free
ZinoBiotic+ contains special beta-glucans from oats that are free from gluten and contamination from other grains.
Other ingredients
ZinoBiotic+ contains only active ingredients. This product contains no excipients.

-
Replacing digestible starch with resistant starch in a meal contributes to reducing the rise in blood sugar levels after eating. This claim may only be used for foods where digestible starch has been replaced with resistant starch, resulting in a final resistant starch content of at least 14% of the total starch.
